We are very sorry if a product or packaging from our company does not meet the usual requirements.
In order to be able to comprehensively check the cause of your complaint, we need the following information from you in advance:

Where did you buy the product? (required)

Reason for the complaint (required)

Upload a picture here where the product defect is clearly visible. (optional - up to 1 mB file size )

Depending on the reason for the complaint, it may still be necessary to send in the product for investigations.
Therefore, please do not dispose of it and wait for a response from our quality assurance department, which will request the chocolate if necessary. The resulting postage costs will of course be reimbursed in the form of chocolate.
