Training as machine and plant operator specializing in food technology (m/f/x)

Start of training: 01.09.2025

As a machine and plant operator – food technology, you will be responsible for the production of all chocolate, bar and wafer products. During the two-year training program, you will become familiar with the process of manufacturing our chocolate products. In addition to the production of chocolates, you will also go through other exciting areas, such as product development and quality assurance.
After the two-year apprenticeship, the training can be extended for another year and you can earn the degree of food technology specialist.

The vocational school lessons takes place in block phases in Kulmbach.
The costs incurred for this will be borne by us as the training company.

After successful completion of the training we guarantee a takeover.

Your profile:

  • at least the Qualifying Secondary School Certificate
  • good knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry
  • manual skill and technical interest
  • commitment and initiative
  • quality awareness
