Your duties:
- Procurement and disposition of all materials (raw material) required for production incl. price negotiation
- Support along the entire supply chain, i.e. from request for quotation to deadline monitoring to delivery and, if necessary, complaints handling
- Processing enquiries from the specialist departments and suppliers within the scope of the assigned tasks, as well as supporting the coordination between the specialist departments and suppliers
- Recording, processing and maintenance of all purchasing-relevant data (supplier, contract and article master data)
- Checking, initial account assignment and posting of supplier invoices
- Collaboration in various projects
- Industrial clerk or equivalent training
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work independently
- Structured, analytical approach, strong self-motivation, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Ideally, previous experience in the area of procurement/purchasing
- A responsible task in an up-and-coming company in the confectionery industry
- Very good working atmosphere, fairness and respectful interaction with each other
