- Management, motivation and training of employees
- Division and organisation of employees (operational planning)
- Compliance and enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
- Coordination and close cooperation with the plant management
- Continuous optimization of the manufacturing and packaging processes
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Participation in production planning
- Active involvement in projects

- Preferably experience in the field of food-production

- Willingness to shift work (3 shifts)
- Management experience
- Knowledge in quality management
