Your duties:
- Recipe development
- Creating product specifications and declarations
- Checking declarations with regard to LMIV and other applicable regulations
- Checking the specifications of new raw materials with regard to internal requirements
- Active participation in internal and external projects
- Creating recipes and parameters for production
- Accompanying initial productions
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in product development
- Studies in the field of oecotrophology or food technology, possibly training in the field of food technology with further training as a technician
- Detailed knowledge of food law
- Good command of English
- A responsible task in an up-and-coming company in the confectionery industry
- Very good working atmosphere, fairness and respectful interaction with each other

- Valid instruction according to IfSG (before starting work) and corresponding behaviour (no jewellery, no visible piercings, no nail polish, no artificial fingernails, etc.)
